How to find enzymes that hydrolyze cholesterol esters?

One way to find enzymes that hydrolyze cholesterol esters is to retrieve reactions involving cholesterol esters and water.

In the Advanced search:
- Click All button, select Reaction participants then ChEBI small molecule and enter 'cholesterol ester'. Select "a cholesterol ester [CHEBI:17002]" from the autocomplete list.
- Click Add field (if needed) and repeat the same sequence for water.

query:
chebi:"a cholesterol ester [17002]" chebi:"H2O [15377]"

It returns a table with the Rhea reactions that match this constraint.
By clicking the links provided in the Enzyme column of the result table, you will be redirected to the UniProt web site where you can access additional informations for the set of enzymes catalyzing your reaction(s) of interest.
