RNA methylation

N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is a prevalent, reversible chemical modification of functional RNAs and is important for central events in biology. This reaction is described by RHEA:55584.
The adenosine residue of an mRNA is modeled by RHEA-COMP:12414 using AMP residue (CHEBI:74411) as reactive part.
Similarly, the methylated adenosine residue is modeled by RHEA-COMP:12417 using N6-methyladenosine 5'-phosphate residue (CHEBI:74411) as reactive part.
